At Liberty in the Wild, we are committed to providing high-quality, safe, and inclusive alternative education for all young people we support. Our provision is built on strong safeguarding practice, therapeutic and relational approaches, and personalised educational pathways designed to support long-term success.

We use the Non-School Alternative Provision Voluntary National Standards as a framework for quality assurance and continuous improvement. These standards help us ensure that our policies, practice, and outcomes remain consistent, transparent, and focused on the needs of children and young people.

Safeguarding and Welfare

Safeguarding is central to everything we do.

We ensure:

  • A trained Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL)
  • Safer recruitment processes including Enhanced DBS checks
  • Ongoing safeguarding training for all staff
  • Clear reporting and escalation procedures
  • A strong safeguarding culture across all sites
  • All safeguarding policies are reviewed regularly and are available on request or via our policy section.

Health, Safety and Compliance
