🌼 THE WILD MEADOW 🌼
Post-16 Specialist Pathway (Ages 16–19)
"A calm, purposeful space for young people to grow, explore and prepare for adulthood."
🌼 Overview
The Wild Meadow is our Independent Post-16 Specialist Pathway for young people aged 16–19.
It offers a supportive, therapeutic and skills-focused programme for young people who benefit from a smaller, relational and nature-connected environment as they transition into adulthood.
The Wild Meadow is not a school. It operates as a specialist development, wellbeing and vocational pathway, supporting young people with SEND, SEMH needs, neurodivergence, school-based trauma, or those who require additional support to take their next steps.
We work closely with families, local authorities and professionals to create personalised programmes rooted in emotional safety, independence and future readiness.
